1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using CollectorMarketplace.net, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only where legally permitted.

2. Marketplace role

CollectorMarketplace is a platform, not the seller. We do not own or inspect items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the seller, buyer, courier, appraiser, insurer, or agent for a transaction. Users are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful ownership, payment obligations, taxes, shipment, pickup, and compliance with applicable law.

Off-platform trades are not protected. Keep transaction communication and enabled payment or delivery workflows on the platform if you want the available transaction record and dispute tools.

3. Listings and content

Only legal collectible-grade items are allowed. No wholesale or gray-market goods. You may list only items you lawfully own or are authorized to sell or trade. Listings must be accurate, include required photos and a condition selection, and use only media you have the right to use.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, deceptive listings, or false delivery claims.
• Illegal, regulated, or restricted items where sale, transport, or possession is prohibited.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate-based abuse, spam, scraping, account manipulation, or attempts to compromise the service.

5. Payments, fees, and taxes

CollectorMarketplace does not offer financial instruments. Displayed estimates, fees, payment options, and delivery costs may change before completion. Buyers and sellers are responsible for taxes and for reviewing the final amount. Payment processing is provided by third parties under their own terms.

Any “held” or “release” state shown by the service is a transaction workflow record, not licensed escrow, banking, investment, money-transmission, or custodial service. Do not treat it as escrow unless a licensed provider has been separately integrated and approved.

6. Delivery, pickup, and returns

Couriers are independent providers; delivery issues must be handled through courier claims. Buyers and sellers must use the selected delivery or pickup method and comply with carrier requirements. Tracking, proof of condition, proof of shipment, and pickup or delivery confirmation may be required. Returns remain subject to seller terms, the transaction record, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

7. Alcohol and age-restricted listings

Alcohol listings and purchases are restricted to users who affirm that they are at least 21 years old and are lawfully permitted to transact where they live. This acknowledgment is not identity verification. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for all required licenses, age checks, carrier rules, taxes, and state and local laws. CollectorMarketplace may remove or restrict age-restricted listings.

8. Enforcement and records

We may remove content, restrict listings, freeze or suspend accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with authorities when safety, fraud, or legal concerns arise. We may investigate reported activity, but do not guarantee every user, item, payment, courier, delivery, valuation, or dispute outcome.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights and rules that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
